Head Guards*  Size is guaged by measuring around the head, just above the ears:

 

Standard/Deluxe   S - up to 20^in. / 51cm

Standard              M - up to 22^in. / 56cm

Deluxe                 M - up to 21^in. / 54cm

Standard/Deluxe   L - up to 23^in. / 58cm

Standard/Deluxe  XL - up to 24^in. / 61cm

*NB As a general rule for Head Guards:  L will fit the majority of adult males, M most adult females, and S is for  use by only the youngest of children (5 & 6yrs.)

Shin Guards  use person's height as a guide:

 

S - up to 4^ft. 6^in.       M -   up to 5^ft. 8^in.      L - 5^ft. 9^in. & above
