Designed to improve coordination and reflexes whilst burning the calories, the portable bag stands at 1.8m (6ft) tall. The main central chamber consists of high-density aerated foam encased within a tough webbed vinyl cover. The base, when filled with dry sand or water, creates a ballast of 117kg and will withstand the hardest of strikes, with minimal movement. Complete with body, inner tube, base and fixings. Upper section weighs 10kg. Base unfilled weighs 7kg. Base filled weighs approximately 107kg. Total weight when filled 117kg.
