Separate pre-loaded Gas Strut for the Reflex GS Ceiling Mounts

If you have purchased a Reflex GS Punch Bag Ceiling Mount and later decide to change your punch bag for one with a different weight load, then these gas shocks can be used to match your new bag weight to ensure you maintain the correct buoyancy to ensure a vibration free workout. 

Available from 60lbs to 260lbs. 

NB. To ensure the weight of the bag will be sufficient to activate the gas strut choose a pressure up to 10lb less than the combined weight of your bag and hanging chain.
