Our British made Reflex Punch Bag Roller Mounts for I-beams can turn your existing I-beam into a punch bag sliding track rail quickly and easily and free up space in your gym. Our M model Reflex Roller Mounts are a rolling mounting system that can be quickly locked into position for punching bags that weigh up to 118kg/260lbs. They can fit I-beams 3.5in. to 10in. (89m-254mm) wide or be used with our Roller Mount Track if you have no I-beam in place. Our Self-Locking Punch Bag Roller Mount is ideal for high ceiling situations and is solely for use with our tracks.View
