Separate pre-loaded Gas Spring for the ProMountings CM-1000GS Ceiling Mount.

If you have purchased a ProMountings Ceiling Mount and later decide to change your punch bag for one with a different weight load, then these gas shocks can be used to match your new bag weight to ensure you maintain the correct buoyancy of the ceiling mount to ensure a vibration free workout. 

Available from 60lbs to 130lbs.
