A very sturdy, fixed ceiling bracket with a D-Shackle which is ideal for home or light commercial use. The D-Shackle provides a smooth movement when the punching bag is hit. The ceiling hook is made from high grade steel, with a black oxide coating to prevent corrosion, and must be fitted to a suitable solid surface. Complete with fixings, the heavy-duty hex head coach screws bolts must be used to hold the bracket in place. Suitable for bags weighing up to 45kg (100lbs).
