Upgrade your punch bag Roller Mounts with this optional extra to prevent metal-on-metal wear. The original hanging plate is replaced with a hanging plate with a sturdy woven polyester strap attached and steel delta chain link. Easily attach your punch bag chain or directly attach the punch bag to the delta link, depending on your desired height. The hanging plate to delta link drop measures 23cm/9in.
